These open, welcoming craft gatherings are especially for:<\/span><\/p>\nAnyone of any age who has experienced bereavement, recently or long ago and would like to create in memory of a loved one.<\/p>\n
Anyone who has experienced emotional distress and would like to craft for well-being and contribute to our Glimmer Boxes, which support bereaved families.<\/p>\n

What to Expect<\/b><\/span><\/p>\nAt Craft with Purpose, you\u2019ll be welcomed into a warm, relaxed environment designed to help you slow down, breathe, and create. Each session brings together up to 16 like-minded people who value creativity, connection, and meaningful reflection.<\/p>\n
Our workshops are facilitated by Tracy and a talented local artist who will guide you through simple, accessible creative activities – no previous crafting experience required. Whether you come with a friend or on your own, you\u2019ll find a space where you can take your time, try something new, and feel supported.<\/p>\n
You can expect:<\/b><\/p>\n\n- A friendly, non-judgemental atmosphere where you can be yourself<\/span><\/li>\n
- Guided creative activities that allow you to express memories, emotions, and hope<\/span><\/li>\n
- Space for quiet reflection as well as gentle conversation with others<\/span><\/li>\n

Whether you are remembering a loved one, navigating a difficult chapter, or simply seeking a calmer space to reflect, you\u2019ll be joining a community that understands. Each session is shaped with care to honour your experiences, offering comfort, companionship, and the healing power of shared creativity.<\/p>\n
Children & Age Guidance<\/b><\/p>\n
We recognise that children griev<\/span>e in their own unique ways, and creativity can be a gentle way for them to express feelings that may be hard to put into words.<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Children of any age are welcome to attend alongside a parent or carer if they are coming to remember someone special.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Please consider whether your child feels comfortable being in a space where grief, memories, and loss may be discussed softly and sensitively.<\/span><\/li>\n
- You are welcome to step out for breaks, take things at your child\u2019s pace, or adapt the activities to suit them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
