It’s designed for young people aged 12–25, and is all about helping you:

• Manage stress and anxiety
• Find healthier sleep and self-care routines
• Learn simple techniques like meditation, breathing, gratitude, and tapping
• Explore gentle holistic supports like aromatherapy or flower essences
It’s not about “fixing” you; it’s about giving you a safe space, support, and practical skills to help you feel more like you.

Glimmer Resilience Coaching at Fresh Minds Education is guided by the principles of The AMBER Approach, creating a safe, caring, and empowering space for young people to grow.

Each session is delivered by a coach who blends emotional support with practical tools and holistic practices, helping you feel stronger in both mind and body. Our approach is trauma-informed, always prioritising safety, compassion, and choice, helping young people not only survive but also thrive through the storms of life.
